The Catharsis International Film Festival is an online filmfestival that takes place at the end of February. 

It is a festival that is organized by the production company Catharsis to support filmmakers all around the world.

The Official Selection of the 2nd Edition will be announced December 15th!

Who We Are

The director of the festival is producer/director Kenneth Kerckhofs. As a producer/director he has experienced how difficult it can be to find budget for telling your story. That's why his production company, Catharsis, has started with the organization of an own film festival.

The jury of the Catharsis International Film Festival exists with professionals and passionate film critics.

Our History

Since 2011 the production company Catharsis has made several short movies, which has been screened at several international film festivals.
